All investment programmes 2026: from $130,000 to €300,000 — the map

Eleven programmes, one table. Below is every citizenship and residency-by-investment route Aftera works with in 2026 — with the entry price, timeline, visa-free reach and, crucially, whether it's open to citizens of Russia and Belarus. Figures are indicative "from" amounts; we confirm current terms for your situation on consultation.

* Programmes of Grenada, Antigua, Saint Kitts, Dominica and Saint Lucia do not accept citizens of Russia and Belarus. Available alternatives for those passports — Turkey, Vanuatu, Cyprus EU residency.
¹ Greece's Golden Visa does not accept Russian or Belarusian passports directly — a citizen of Russia or Belarus can apply only if they hold a second (non-sanctioned) passport.

How to read this table

  • Cheapest and fastest — Vanuatu ($130,000, 2–3 months). The trade-off is a narrower visa-free list than the Caribbean or Turkey.
  • Strongest passport of the group — Turkey: a G20 economy and the only citizenship route here that also opens the US E-2 investor visa.
  • Best value for a family — among the Caribbean, Antigua covers a family of four on one contribution (but is closed to RF/RB).
  • Europe without moving — Greece (Schengen residency) and Cyprus (permanent EU residency for life). Cyprus is open to RF/RB; Greece's Golden Visa accepts citizens of Russia and Belarus only if they hold a second (non-sanctioned) passport.

The "from" price is not the total

On top of the qualifying contribution, budget for due-diligence and government fees, legal and processing costs, and additional amounts per family member. A realistic estimate for a family of four is materially higher than the headline figure — we prepare a full, itemised calculation before you decide.

For citizens of Russia and Belarus: the Caribbean programmes marked "✗" are not accepting applications from you at present — states review these lists periodically. Your open routes are Turkey, Vanuatu, São Tomé and Cyprus EU residency (Greece's Golden Visa is available to you only with a second, non-sanctioned passport).
