Three decision scenariosТри сценария выбора
1. You need the document fast, here and now — Vanuatu. A business needs to open accounts, sign contracts, take the "unfriendly passport" issue off the table in negotiations — in 2–3 months, with no visit and no obligation to hold an asset. The flip side: this passport does not solve travel to Europe. 1. Нужен документ быстро, здесь и сейчас — Вануату. Бизнесу нужно открыть счета, подписать контракты, снять статус «недружественного» паспорта на переговорах — за 2–3 месяца, без визита в страну и без обязательства держать актив. 2. You need an asset plus mobility — Turkey. If the money was going into real estate anyway (to rent out or as diversification), not just "for the passport", the $400,000 threshold is not a pure cost but an investment with a return after 3 years. Plus a noticeably broader visa-free network — Asia and Latin America without the visa quest — and the E-2 option for those considering a business in the US. 2. Нужен актив плюс мобильность — Турция. Если деньги всё равно планировались в недвижимость (для сдачи в аренду или как диверсификация), а не только «под гражданство», порог в $400 000 — это не чистые издержки, а вложение с возвратом через 3 года. 3. The application includes adult children or parents — Vanuatu by default. Turkey simply does not fit here by the programme's rules: the family threshold is limited to the spouse and children under 18. For parents and adult children, the options are either Vanuatu or separate visa/residence routes. 3. В заявке взрослые дети или родители — Вануату по умолчанию. - Visa-free Schengen. Neither Vanuatu (dropped in February 2025) nor Turkey (a visa regime on general terms) solves free travel to the EU here and now — that is a separate request, closer to Greek residency or Cyprus permanent residency.Безвизовый Шенген. There is also a shared upside: both passports open access to the Greek Golden Visa, which is not available directly on an RF/RB passport but opens up with any non-sanctioned second citizenship.
